At the Bush we are passionate about food. Our varied menus cater for all tastes and we’re constantly on the lookout for new ideas and recipes to add to our repertoire.
We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements (or dislikes) and feel strongly that whatever your needs you should have a fantastic culinary experience.
It is our policy to source as much Irish and particularly local ingredients as possible for our menus.
We are committed to using traceable Goods Meat, Poultry and Egg products recognised from Quality Assurance Schemes only.
Our Eggs and Poultry are supplied by Michael Gannon & Sons (4km from Hotel); our Pork and Bacon come from Pure Fresh Choice Ltd at Curclare, Carrick whilst Lamb and Beef some from Dawn Meats, Ballyhaunis (50 km). All our fresh Fish is supplied by Glancy Seafood, Drumsna (5km) whilst our Fruit and Vegetables come from John Glancy in Elphin (11km). Dairy Products are supplied by Ellis Brothers from Connaught Gold, a co-operative owned and managed by local farmers).
