Carrick on Shannon - Living and Leisure Leitrim Aishling Gael Cinema North West, Leitrim's Mobile Cinema located in the Bush Car Park on Thursday evenings. For further details please contact Cinema Manager, Tommy Aherne (086 822 1139) Commitment to the Community As part of our social commitment to our community, we have a policy of making our meeting and conference facilities available free of charge to community/voluntary organisations. Groups availing of these facilities include sporting organisations, disability groups and residential associations, etc. The Bush Hotel is delighted to provide a temporary office within the hotel for the 'Support an Athlete Campaign 2007' for the Special Olympics. This is Leitrim's Official Co-ordinator's Office. Any enquiries to the Co-ordinator on 087 7479671 or leitrim@specialolympics.ie. Look out for details of the many fundraising events which have been organised to support this very worthy campaign. Toastmasters Carrick on Shannon's very own club. Meetings take place on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month @ 8pm sharp. Bridge Club The Bridge Club meets in the Bush Hotel every Monday from September to March. Charity Our nominated charity for 2007 is the North West Simon Community.

Forthcoming Events at the Bush Hotel Friday, 15 February: Cystic Fibrosis Ball 2008 (Black Tie) Proceeds in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Research. All tickets are now sold for this very worthy fundraising event. Donations are still needed. All donations given will be included in a separate draw on the night of the ball with a chance to win short breaks away at Ireland's Premier 4 and 5 Star Hotels!
