Lovely old style hotel,the staff were very friendly and helpfull,the room was very quiet very clean and shower was brilliant,the breakfast was truly the best possibly the best I’ve had in any hotel….highly recommend the hotel close to everything around carrick would definitely stay here again…

Excellent location with great parking.

Only comment to mention was the bedrooms were extrememly warm. I tried to reduce the rad temperature. Otherwise a super stay. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the lady that checked us in, such a lovely bubbly personality, it was nice to be greeted by her. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast choice was great and also very tasty!

Friendly efficient staff. Lovely to see Dee around again. Room comfortable and clean. A repeat customer, almost weekly, doesn’t that say something!!!!

Location excellent, staff very attentive, a museum of local history that I hope the new owners will respect and nourish.

Coffee shop closed, Bar closed. Not a major setback as plenty of alternatives within walking distance.
