Flexible : Direct Bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy 7 days prior to 2pm day of arrival. In the event of a no show or cancellation of booking outside the cancellation window the guest will incur a charge to the value of the first night
Refundable damage deposit -When booking an apartment a damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected at reception on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property
The property may pre-authorize your credit card for the cost of the first night to guarantee your booking. At check-in, the same credit card used for the booking must be presented. If this card is not available, an alternative credit card in the booker's name will be accepted.
