lovely peaceful relaxing hotel away from heaven traffic. breakfasts was beautiful and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Also thank you to the manager for taking the time to chat.

Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff

Breakfast booking didn't transfer across so had to verify I had paid for it - a nuisance but staff did not make too much of a fuss about it!

Lovely hotel Our room was clean and comfortable We stayed two nights Breakfast on both mornings was lovely and hot Staff we're all very helpful and friendly 😊 Will definitely stay again

Great location. We love old style hotel buildings. Hotel was clean to a high standard. The breakfast was really excellent. Food bar also very good. Overall very satisfied.

It was very central in the town and we enjoyed the size of the bedroom. We were delighted when we asked for porridge and got a lovely bowl of it.

The hand rail over the bath was a bit loose. Maybe a small fridge would be a nice extra and there is definitely space for one. It would be nice to have a refill of coffee

I am a regular customer and value how I am treated. I manly meet front desk staff who excel especially Dee, Geraldine and Nycha. Don’t know new girls as well. I am always looked after so well. Rooms comfortable and clean.
