The staff are so warm and friendly were stayed with you earlier in the year and booked to come back before we left and did the same to return in November, Jordan looked after us very well again

It was very clean comfy beds and lovely sheets and duvets. Good shower. Will be back. Great location.

Just that on the Thursday evening the restaurant service was slow ( Ireland playing a big soccer game might be the reason )

Liam on reception is excellent, some of the offer staff were not aware of RTC offer they gave wrong information, 5* to Liam 👏

No fruit or yoghurt for breakfast , poor choice of cereal.

The location is very central and close to all amenities required for a short break. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very good and offered a wide choice. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

My only issue was that the double bed in the room was basic and small in size. Possibly a 4ft 6" as opposed to a 5ft.

A spacious room clean and tidy . Enjoyed our evening meal and a very nice breakfast. Great location in the town and good value for the rate we paid. We would stay again when in that part of the country.

The bath tub shower as we have mobility issues.

Lovely cosy hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was very good. Great to have free parking behind the hotel. 👍

The historical displays in the hotel combined with the old style furniture made this a hotel with real character. The bedrooms are generous in size z& excellently clean. The thoughtfulness was much appreciated.. biscuits with tea., water.Every need was catered for , even provided a diffuser for hairdryer.. a first for me! Breakfast area is very comfortable & the breakfast was excellent. Excellent choice & lovely to have it served up to us. The location is ideal.. our main door to town, other way to river. Hotel parking was excellent too. Overall a wonderful experience in so many ways. Front staff were ever so professional & helpful. This hotel is definitely a gem!

Limited tv channels & smallish TV.Not sure there was a fan in bathroom.

the carpets were a bit torn up but nothing to cry about. wouldn’t put me off staying here again
