The Bush is a lovely hotel in the centre of town.

Everything.. Staff Friendliness and efficiency. Lovely spacious and spotless room with all extra touches (real glasses!!) Tea/coffee, biscuits, super comfy beds. Also, breakfast buffet and hot b/fast excellent in pretty dining room.

Nothing ibut if must sat something.... a little challenging finding carpark. Perhaps signiage or more clarity on website or email for first time customers.

The staff were so helpful. I came with a bike so I could go cycling and didn't want to leave it in the car overnight. The reception let me put it somewhere safe and locked which was great!

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Everything was perfect! We loved the central location of the hotel and the fact that it had easy, accessible, secure parking. The front desk staff, manager and restaurant service staff were most helpful and friendly. The fact that we could get our breakfast at the hotel without having to get dressed to go out in search of food was a major plus and we were left with only one bill to pay. The shops that we wanted to go to were directly on either side of the hotel. The look of the hotel (old town charm) was much more inviting than checking into a standard major chain. The pieces of memorabelia in the hotel and the sitting room made us feel like we were in Ireland and not just an in and out place. We truely felt welcome. If we are ever back in Carrick on Shannon again, we'd definitely come back to the Bush Hotel.

Though not a dislike but something that we were not used to was the fact that we weren't immediately aware that the light switches had to be turned on in order for our devices to charge. This is something that we don't have in Canada but it is an experience of travelling that we can now add to our list. Once we had this figured out, as well as having to leave a card in the slot when we left the room (again, devices didn't charge as there was no power) but we finally figured it out. This information may have been available through scanning the QR code that was left on the desk but I guess we weren't up with the times to do so...our fault.

All your staff were excellent for our stay. As we were a large group eveyone was so helpful especially Oliver (manager), Jordan (room reservations), Alex, Lennon and Liam who served us thought out the weekend. They couldn’t have been More helpful and made our job so much easier. Thank you.

I am a longtime visitor to the Bush. Its a lovely traditional hotel, accommodation is excellent. A particular highlight is the Bush breakfast - always tasty and served so efficiently by attentive professional staff.

The friendliness of the all the staff, and the quality of the food was exceptional, and very good value. The bedrooms were very well laid out and comfortable and had everything you needed. Well done to all.
