I was never looked after so much in a hotel, when I checked into my room the radiator was broken it was roasting and Liam came up tried to fix it couldn’t be turned off he said no way could someone stay here it’s unbearable heat so he gave me another room and helped me with my bags such a gentleman, the lovely Julia helped me out with batteries for the to remote. On check out myself and 5 colleagues from Jimmys Superstore in Carrick came to have dinner and got great service from Joseph and Denise. I will be booking back in here for work again next week and I’ll look forward to my stay again. I’ am also an independent travel agent so I will definitely be recommending The Bush Hotel to my clients should they need a place to stay in Carrick on Shannon

The whole experience from check in to check out…the staff are super efficient…lovely spacious room and fresh delicious breakfast…what more could you ask for

Everything was perfect. Room food staff and the hotel is so central.

We could not find anything g to complain about. Beautiful hotel hopefully we will visit again.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at this hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast and food in the Bistro was good and we had no complaints. Lovely old hotel full of character and history and situated right in the main street.

Location in the centre of town, car parking at back of hotel. Breakfast was very good as was evening meal. Staff were very helpful. Hope to make a return visit in the not too distant future.
