Dining at the Bush Hotel
At the Bush we are passionate about food. Our varied menus cater for all tastes and we’re constantly on the lookout for new ideas and recipes to add to our repertoire. We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements (or dislikes) and feel strongly that whatever your needs you should have a fantastic culinary experience. It is our policy to source as much Irish and particularly local ingredients as possible for our menus.
We are committed to using traceable Goods Meat, Poultry and Egg products recognised from Quality Assurance Schemes only.
Our Eggs and Poultry are supplied by Michael Gannon & Sons (4km from Hotel); our Pork and Bacon come from Pure Fresh Choice Ltd at Curclare, Carrick whilst Lamb and Beef some from Dawn Meats, Ballyhaunis (50 km).
All our fresh Fish is supplied by Glancy Seafood, Drumsna (5km) whilst our Fruit and Vegetables come from John Glancy in Elphin (11km).
Dairy Products are supplied by Ellis Brothers from Connaught Gold, a co-operative owned and managed by local farmers).

Guests staying at the Bush Hotel enjoy a nice relaxing breakfast experience in our Restaurant with self-service Continental Buffet and Traditional Hot Irish Breakfast cooked to order.
Our newly renovated Coffee Shop serves hearty Breakfast options until noon – all including toast and freshly brewed tea/coffee.
Tables can be reserved for larger groups.
Only the finest, local ingredients are used to ensure that you receive the highest quality and service at your breakfast in Carrick on Shannon.

Sophisticated food with a traditional emphasis imaginatively created, strong on value and presentation – our restaurant offers diners Leitrim cuisine at its best – just ask the locals.

With a variety of menus to choose from that always include imaginative choices, we offer a balance between traditional cooking and more adventurous dishes inspired by current trend towards global cuisines. Reservations are not always necessary.
